Homeless Patients Reunite with their Families

What could be more joyful than a son, daughter or a family member thought to be lost forever is suddenly found and reunited with loved ones! It is happening at ANTARA almost every other day.

On 06.03.2019, Mrs. Gita Debnath from Ranaghat, Dist-Nadia came and received her nephew who was admitted as a homeless patient by West Bengal Police. It was heartening to listen to their words on how they feel on receiving their nephew after a gap of two months. Their joy is the reward for us at Antara.

On 07.03.2019, the parents of Mr. Dharmendra Malik from Odisha came to Antara Hospital and collected their son. The parents said Dharmendra got missing from home on 31st August 2018. They have no clue how their son reached a village in West Bengal. The mother was crying for her son almost every day. They expressed deep gratitude to God and to Antara on getting back him after long period of seven months.

We are grateful to West Bengal Police and the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM), Baruipur for their noble efforts in rescuing these otherwise helpless persons.
