“CHILD MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR CHILDREN” is the Focus of ANTARA during the month of January 2020.
On 9th January, a Workshop on “Childhood Mental Health Issues and It’s Management” was organized at ANTARA. Caregivers, Teachers and Staff from various Organizations working for children participated in the Workshop. Mr. Daniel Sim (Deputy Head of Post, Australian Consulate-General in Kolkata) was the Chief Guest on the occasion. Dr. Saibal Guha(Psychiatrist, Australia), Dr. Sanmitra Dasgupta and Dr. Soumya Chatterjee and other members of Antara Child Guidance Clinic Team presented cases and intervention methods.
On 10th January, the Mental Health Professionals at ANTARA met with Dr. Saibal Guha to discuss and deliberate on child guidance as practised in different parts of the World.
