On 20th May 2025, Antara Institute of Health Sciences successfully organised an insightful program on “Long-Term Care in the Geriatric Age Group” at Antara Psychiatric Hospital.

We were honoured to have Dr. Dhires Kumar Chowdhury, esteemed Consultant Geriatrician, as our Guest Speaker, who shared his valuable expertise on the unique healthcare needs and challenges faced by the elderly population.

This event was a part of the Guest Speaker Series organised by the dedicated students of the Geriatric Mental Health and Dementia Care Course, aiming to foster deeper understanding and compassion in elder care.
