We were delighted to host a visit from The Banyan, our esteemed contemporaries from Chennai, for a day of meaningful inter-organizational learning and collaboration.

 

It was a privilege to welcome Ms. Sharmana Roy and Mr. Sambhu Ramesh to our campus. Their visit focused on shared insights into mental health and rehabilitation, particularly within our Antarashraya wing—our dedicated home for homeless individuals living with mental illness.

Our guests spent quality time engaging with the residents at Antarashraya, fostering an atmosphere of support and dignity. We discussed innovative strategies for rehabilitation and the unique challenges faced by the homeless mentally ill population. This visit reinforces the importance of cross-regional partnerships in building a more inclusive mental health ecosystem in India.
